The data controller is Guillaume Devaux EI. Your data is never sold or transferred for commercial purposes.

  • Contact form and applications (contact page): name, email, company, message and website language, to answer your request and follow up the business relationship or your application. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest. Retention: 3 years after the last exchange (2 years for applications).
  • Audience measurement (Yandex Metrica), only with your consent: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and session recording, excluding the content of form fields. Legal basis: consent.
  • Chat (tawk.to), only if you open it: messages exchanged and technical connection data. Legal basis: your request.

Service providers receiving data: PlanetHoster (hosting and email, Canada), Yandex (audience measurement) and tawk.to (chat, United States). Some processing may therefore take place outside the European Union: Canada benefits from an adequacy decision; for audience measurement and chat, the transfer is based on your consent or your request.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and trackers

Without your consent, the website only uses strictly necessary elements: a session cookie to secure the contact form and the storage of your cookie choice (6 months).

Yandex Metrica cookies (prefixed “_ym”) are only set after acceptance, for 13 months at most. tawk.to cookies are only set if you open the chat. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page; declining removes any measurement cookies already set.
